And feel GREAT about how I look.

The main takeaway from this 7 Second Morning Ritual, is that it showed me that weight gain had absolutely nothing to do with:
- How much we diet, starve or deprive ourselves of our favorite foods...
- How much exercise we do...
- Or how much sugar or carbohydrates we actually eat...
Nothing at all! I couldn't believe it.
